The Ozeki Software Version Update Service makes it possible to keep your system up to date for a small yearly fee. This service gives you access to the latest software versions published on the Ozeki website and it makes it possible to transfer your license from one computer to another.

This service can be purchased individually for all Ozeki Software Products.

If you need consultation, techincal assistance or help with an update please sign up for the Ozeki Technical Support Service. Our engineers are ready to assist you. You can communicate with them through e-mail, chat or you can setup remote desktop sessions.

If you have multiple software license codes running on multiple computers, you need to purchase version update individually for every license. For example if you have 5 ozeki systems running and you want to keep all of them up to date, you need to purchase 5 version update services. If you have a single system, you only have to buy one version update service.

Register your purchased software license at myozeki.com
Download the latest Ozeki software version from the product page
Start the installation
Enter the product update code in the Ozeki Version Update window during installation
Verify your version update

What is a license transfer

A license transfer is the process of moving a software license from an old computer to a new computer, allowing the software to continue being used under the same license terms. The license is deactivated or removed from the old computer and activated on the new computer, ensuring that the license is not used on both computers simultaneously.

How to transfer your license from one computer to another

Step 1: Register a myozeki.com user account
Step 2: Register your purchased software license at myozeki.com
Step 3: Check that you have a valid version update service subscription for your license code!
(After you have registered your license, the myozeki.com portal will display "Version updates: enabled" next to your license code.)
Step 4: Uninstall your Ozeki Software on PC1
Step 5: Install your Ozeki Software on PC2
Step 6: Activate your license on PC2
